Jennifer's Law

Under Jennifer's Law, it is a illegal to witness a violent crime without reporting it, unless doing so would put that person in danger. Failure to report the crime would be a third degree misdemeanor. Eleven other states have this law in place and we are hoping Pennsylvania will be the twelfth. We are just in the baby-years of making this a law. We're hoping that we can get more support from other PA Senators. Senator Kim Ward has been amazing and her staff is just as awesome!
